Political campaign contributions are not tax deductible. Under Texas Law, individuals, partnerships, LLCs, and PACs may contribute to political campaigns, but contributions may not be accepted from corporations, labor organizations, or foreign nationals who have not been granted residence in the United States. For any contributions over $110, we are required by state law to list your name and address in our campaign finance report. Contributions (including this donation) cannot exceed an aggregate amount in excess of $5,000.00.
